Personal, Social and Health Education

The school covers aspects of personal, social and health education as integral parts of other areas of the curriculum.  The Healthy Schools Award, gained in 2000, has demonstrated recognition of the work done by the school in this field.  Pastoral care is embodied within the school ethos and all staff are responsible for monitoring the care of pupils.  There is however a conscious effort to ensure that the following aspects are covered within the curriculum.
